8:30 and during lunch to setup the presentation on the computers.

| NOTE:
All rooms will be equipped with an overhead projector for
transparencies and with a computer with LCD projector. All of the
computers are equipped with easily accessible USB ports, and CD/floppy
drives. Do not bring your own computer. It is best to bring a
PowerPoint presentation on a USB flash drive (preferred) or CD. Each
computer has PowerPoint installed as part of Office 2007. Please bring
your own 35mm slide projector if one is needed. (All equipment is PC -
no Macintosh equipment is available.) |
