| The Call-For-Papers for the
Annual Meeting is posted on the Academy web site (www.vacadsci.org) and
is mailed to all VAS members in early January. The VAS/VJAS
Annual Meeting is scheduled for May 20-23 at Hampton University
(HU). The deadline for members to send paper titles to Section
Secretaries is March 10. It is the duty of the Section
Secretary to organize the Section Sessions using the guidelines
established by the Academy (select template below) and to send that
information to
the Program Chair. Please make sure that all authors follow
the instructions for abstract preparation. To use the template, highlight the text you want to change and just type. The highlighted text will change to what you type. Please do not change the program information or breaks. Just change the section name, officers and titles. Don't mess with the formatting or pagination. The Program Chair will make those corrections as needed for the final copy. Save the file under a new name, preferably the section name. Send the final file to the Program Chair (Vice President). |
