FIELD TRIP TO NORTHERN VIRGINIA AND ENDLESS CAVERNS
A one-day, one-credit field trip to Culpeper, Rappahannock, Page, Rockingham, and Greene counties, Virginia, to study the general geology, the economic geology, the structural geology, the physiography, the paleontology, and the environmental geology of the area. Course completion requires paper and take-home test. Course is offered in the Fall Semester only and is conducted on the first Saturday of November in even-numbered years. GOL 105 (or equivalent) is a prerequisite and permission of the instructor is required.
